Cook, Rudnicki win elections

James Rudnicki and David Lee Cook became the newest members of the Mansfield City Council on Saturday night.

Cook, an attorney, was elected to the two-year unexpired mayoral term by a margin of 1,418 to 1,348 over James Bryndan Wright. Rudnicki, also an attorney, was elected to the Place 6 spot by a tally of 1,918 to 757 over former council member Marvin Kahlden.

Voters also approved all four city propositions.
