Big League Dreams open for fall leagues

Big League Dreams is organizing a Monday night adult softball league for churches in the fall. Both men’s and co-ed church leagues will begin Aug. 25 and features nine games and a playoff bracket.

Registration deadline for the teams is Aug. 20.

Currently, Big League Dreams hosts Mansfield church teams from Walnut Ridge Baptist, St. John’s, First United Methodist, First Baptist, First United Methodist, Creekwood, The Community at Lakeridge and Mt. Olive.

Team fees for the league are $100, and players in the league will pay an additional $25 player fee by the second week of the season.

Teams and coaches can obtain a registration form in person at the Big League Dreams Park or by logging onto the company Web site at www.bigleaguedreams.com.
